Position: Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory Technician Location: South Shore, Massachusetts

Shift: Evening/Night Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
• Generalist or Specialist in Blood Bank
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance protocols are followed.
• Analyze test results and provide reliable data for diagnosis and treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care. Qualifications:
  • ASCP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
  • Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
