They are skyrocketing in growth with the rise of electrification and seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Material Handling Market Segment. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and Product and can lead a team quickly.DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

• • Product Strategy, Market Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies, aligning them with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Define product positioning and messaging, highlighting key features and benefits to differentiate our products in the market.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and sales, to drive product development and launch plans.New Product Development & Product Roadmaps:
      • Lead the product development process from idea generation to launch, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
      • Define product specifications, pricing strategies, and distribution plans for new product introductions.
      • Develop product roadmaps to meet evolving market requirements.Marketing:
        • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt marketing strategies to local market requirements.
        • Monitor and analyze market and sales data to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement.Key Stakeholder Management:
          • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers to gain insights and drive customer-centric product development.
          • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide training, support, and sales tools to ensure successful product launches and ongoing sales growth.Customer Central:
            • Travel to visit Key Clients and stakeholders. Build relationships with customers and internal sales members to continuing defining product strategy.

              • • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing or related field desired.
                • 10-15+ years in an engineering, sales engineering, or product role within Industrial Manufacturing.
                • Proven track record of at least 5 years in product management,sales engineering, application engineering.
                • In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering, electrical conductive products.
                • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic product plans.
                • Prior leadership experience is nice to have.
                • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
                • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
                • Willingness to travel internationally as needed (up to 30% of the time).Job OfferBenefits:
