Position Overview
This role is key to maintaining and expanding existing client
relationships at Cervello while driving revenue growth. The focus
is on account management-ensuring client satisfaction in ongoing
engagements, identifying opportunities to enhance relationships by
utilizing Cervello's full range of capabilities, and converting
those opportunities into new projects. This is not a new business
acquisition role but one centered on nurturing and developing key
accounts, building trust, strengthening client partnerships, and
growing our presence within these accounts
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Growth
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring
ongoing satisfaction and proactively addressing any concerns or
needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow client accounts by
deepening relationships, identifying opportunities for additional
services, and ensuring clients understand the full range of
Cervello's offerings.
- Actively monitor client engagements to ensure they are meeting
expectations and deliver high value, addressing any issues before
they escalate.
- Identify and drive opportunities within existing accounts to
expand our footprint, whether through new projects, services, or
enhanced collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth
project execution, aligning deliverables with client goals and
providing consistent updates to clients.
Project Delivery & Execution
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure projects are executed
successfully, providing leadership and oversight where necessary to
meet client expectations.
- Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets, ensuring
profitability and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise in data and analytics to
ensure the solutions we deliver meet clients' specific business
needs.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to enhance
both delivery and advisory capacity to clients.Client Relationship
Development
- Lead discovery meetings and ongoing communications with clients
to fully understand their needs, goals, and pain points,
positioning Cervello as a trusted partner.
- Create and execute account management plans that prioritize
client retention, satisfaction, and long-term collaboration while
driving account growth.
- Share insights with clients about emerging trends in data and
analytics, demonstrating Cervello's value as a thought leader and
trusted advisor.
- Ensure that clients are aware of the full breadth of Cervello's
capabilities and actively seek ways to introduce new solutions that
align with their business objectives.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in account management, client
relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in
consulting or enterprise services.
- 3+ years of experience overseeing the delivery of data and
analytics projects.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships, ensuring
ongoing satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.
- Experience working with senior-level stakeholders, including
C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated success in growing accounts by identifying new
opportunities and aligning solutions to meet evolving client
needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address
client needs and align solutions to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly
explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a
dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented leader who fosters a collaborative and
