We're seeking a high calibre Sales Leader to oversee our
operations in Hamilton, drive sales growth and enhance customer
relationships.

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for executing and
achieving our established financial goals. You'll lead the sales
development and gross margin growth in your region. Your strategic
mindset will help us enhance our market presence and provide
outstanding service to our customers.Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective
sales strategies to achieve and exceed branch targets. Foster a
sales-oriented culture within the team to align with growth
objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong
relationships with key customers, driving acquisition and
retention. Proactively identify opportunities to expand the
customer base.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and regional
opportunities to position the branch as a leading provider. Monitor
sales performance, customer metrics, and market conditions to
identify challenges and opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing
team. Set clear expectations, encourage professional growth, and
ensure alignment with branch goals.
- Operational Management: Prepare the branch budget, monitor
expenditures, and develop annual business plans in conjunction with
the North Island Manager. Ensure timely completion of sales,
service, and logistics duties.About YouWith strong sales and client
engagement within similar industries - preferably B2B sales
experience you will have:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the
industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of pipes, valves, and fittings is a
plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales
strategies.
- Ability to think 'out of the box' and willing to explore new
ideas to achieve results.
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills,
including contract negotiation.
- Effective decision making, with strong focus on results and
excellent organisational skills.
- Adaptable to an ever-changing market with the ability to
change, grow and remain agile as the company adapts to varying
demands.
