About the Role: Ensunet Technology Group is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager with a robust background in finance and banking to join our team in Boston, MA. This full-time role requires a candidate with over 10 years of industry experience, PMP certification, and ideally, experience with a top-tier financial institution. The successful candidate will be a local resident and willing to travel. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects within the finance and banking sector, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and third-party vendors. Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, financial tracking, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory requirements and quality standards specific to the finance and banking industry. Qualifications:
    • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of project management experience within the finance and banking industry.
    • Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
    • Industry Knowledge: Strong background with State Street or equivalent top-tier financial institution is highly desirable.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software. Familiarity with financial systems and banking operations.
    • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
